Step One:
Your Initial Consultation
After we have discussed your home improvement project, we’ll plan a date to visit the site we’ll be renovating. During this visit, we’ll brainstorm your home remodel project, possibilities, finishes, and additional details. Based on this discussion, we will provide you with an estimated budget for completing your custom renovation.
Step Two: Site Visit
If the budget looks good to you, we’ll send you a budget proposal. To save the date with our home remodelers and renovation contractors, we request a 10% deposit during this stage.
Step Three: The Proposal
Before our home remodeling contractors get started on your custom renovation, we’ll set up another site visit to finalize the details of your project, including what finishing you’re looking for, the floor plan, and your start date. Once the contract is signed, we’re ready to begin!
Step Four:
Finalizing the Details
Being on the same page with our clients before we begin is of utmost importance to us: that’s how we achieve the level of perfectionism that sets us apart! After we’ve solidified all of the details and your start date has arrived, our renovation contractors will begin transforming your space.
Step Five:
Starting Your Custom Renovation
